After the fire, these homeowners had trouble finding a pool contractor willing to take on the job. ACE stepped in to bring both the pool and the spa back.
Altadena sits in Los Angeles County. ACE is based in Fullerton and serves Orange County along with parts of Los Angeles County, which is how this project came to us.
The pump, filter and heater were all replaced, along with the above-ground plumbing that connects them at the equipment pad. Replacing the exposed plumbing at the same time means the new equipment is not tied into old pipework.
Inside the pool, the tile was replaced, the skimmer was replaced, and the interior was finished in new white plaster. The job was completed with the pool and spa ready for a pool professional to take over regular service.
