Working on Yorba Linda Pools

Yorba Linda backyards give us more to work with than most of Orange County. Lots are bigger, and a lot of pools here are set into a hillside grade rather than a flat pad. That changes the practical side of a job more than people expect: where material gets staged, how equipment gets into the yard, and how deck drainage has to be handled around a pool that sits on a slope.

The other constant here is the water. Orange County runs hard, and hard water shows up on a pool as scale along the waterline tile and a finish that dulls out years before it should. It is one of the main reasons a structurally sound pool starts looking tired, and it is a big part of what resurfacing actually fixes.

What We Do Here

Remodeling and Equipment, Both

Two halves of the same business. One changes how the backyard looks, the other keeps it running.

Remodeling & Resurfacing

Rough plaster underfoot, staining, or a finish that has lost its color usually calls for resurfacing. Changing the tile, coping, shape or decking as well makes it a full remodel. Resurfacing starts at $9,850 including demo, new fittings, drain covers and full start-up.

Equipment Repair & Installation

Equipment is what keeps us in Yorba Linda between remodels, as standalone jobs with no remodel involved. We install Pentair IntelliFlo and Jandy FloPro variable-speed pumps, and Pentair MasterTemp and Jandy JXi heaters.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you service Yorba Linda?
Yes, regularly. Our shop is at 251 E Imperial Hwy in Fullerton, and Yorba Linda is one of the cities we work in most - remodeling and equipment repair both, year round.
Do you charge extra to come out to Yorba Linda?
No. We do not add travel or trip fees to any city we serve. What we quote for the work is what you pay - your distance from our Fullerton shop does not change the price.
Do you repair pool equipment, or only do remodels?
Both. Pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, automation and lights are standalone work for us year round, with no remodel involved. We service Pentair, Hayward and Jandy systems.
Do you clean pools or offer weekly maintenance?
No. We are a pool repair and remodeling contractor, not a cleaning route. We resurface and remodel pools, and we repair and install equipment. For weekly chemical balancing and cleaning you would want a pool maintenance company.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed California pool contractor, CSLB License #1075061, bonded and insured, and BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. We have been working on Orange County pools since 2014.
