Working on Orange Pools
We are in the City of Orange constantly. One recent project there was a full pool and spa remodel built around a new Baja shelf, with StoneScapes Tropics Blue pebble, cobalt waterline tile, poured-in-place coping and Angeles pavers across the deck. It is a good example of what a remodel here usually involves, because so many Orange pools are the right size and shape already and simply need everything on and around them replaced.
Old Towne and the streets around it hold some of the oldest housing stock in the county, and pools that came with those homes tend to have equipment that has been added to rather than planned. Newer hillside pockets like Serrano Heights and Santiago Hills bring the opposite problem: newer pools, but grades and tight side yards that decide how we get in.
Remodeling and Equipment, Both
One side rebuilds the backyard. The other keeps it working through the rest of the year.
Remodeling & Resurfacing
A finish that feels rough, looks stained or has gone dull is a resurfacing job. Add new tile, coping, a different shape or new decking and it becomes a full remodel. Resurfacing starts at $9,850 including demo, new fittings, drain covers and full start-up.
Orange Pool Remodel & ResurfacingEquipment Repair & Installation
Equipment is what keeps us in Orange between remodels, as standalone jobs with no remodel involved. We install Pentair Clean & Clear cartridge and FNS Plus DE filters, Jandy iAquaLink and Pentair IntelliCenter automation, and we still repair plenty of older Pentair EasyTouch systems.
