Do you repair and remodel pools in Irvine?
Yes — we work in Irvine constantly. Irvine is about half an hour south of our Fullerton shop. We handle full remodels and resurfacing, and we repair and replace pool equipment year round. No travel fees, and estimates are free.

Working on Irvine Pools
Irvine is different from most of where we work, and it changes how a job runs. Most of the city is built as master-planned villages — Woodbridge, Turtle Rock, Northwood and the rest — and a lot of them have an association that wants to approve anything visible before it happens. New coping, a different deck material or a change to the pool’s shape can all need sign-off first.
We plan around that rather than being surprised by it. It mostly affects timing, not what is possible: get the material selections approved early and the build runs normally. Equipment work usually needs no approval at all, since a pump or heater swap on the existing pad is not something an association typically reviews.
Remodeling and Equipment, Both
The remodels reshape the backyard. The equipment work keeps it running the rest of the year.
Remodeling & Resurfacing
If the finish is rough underfoot, stained or losing color, resurfacing is usually the answer. Changing the tile, coping, shape or decking as well makes it a full remodel. Resurfacing starts at $9,850 including demo, new fittings, drain covers and full start-up.
Equipment Repair & Installation
Equipment is what keeps us in Irvine between remodels, as standalone jobs with no remodel involved. We install Jandy iAquaLink and Pentair IntelliCenter automation and Pentair MasterTemp heaters, and we still repair plenty of older Pentair EasyTouch systems.

“After getting a few quotes on pool resurfacing from different companies we settled on ACE Pool Repair. Alec provided clear cost estimates and beat the originally discussed demo and resurfacing schedule.”
