Local Knowledge

Working on Brea Pools

Brea splits into two kinds of pool job. The older flats south of Imperial have pools from the 1960s and 70s that have usually been resurfaced once already and are due again. The newer hillside tracts toward Olinda Ranch and Carbon Canyon have younger pools, but they sit on grades that decide how we get material in and where deck water is going to run.

We have handled everything in Brea from a straight replaster to a full rebuild. We have taken on pools here that looked past saving, and most of them were not.

What We Do Here

Remodeling and Equipment, Both

Two sides of the same business. One rebuilds the backyard, the other keeps it working.

Remodeling & Resurfacing

A finish that has gone rough, stained or dull is what resurfacing fixes. Reworking the tile, coping, shape or decking on top of that makes it a full remodel. Resurfacing starts at $9,850 including demo, new fittings, drain covers and full start-up.

Equipment Repair & Installation

Equipment is what keeps us in Brea between remodels, as standalone jobs with no remodel involved. We install Pentair Clean & Clear cartridge and FNS Plus DE filters and Jandy FloPro pumps, and we service Hayward EcoStar and TriStar VS units already on the pad.

“Have used for general work with water features, pump replacement, changed from DE filter to cartridge filter and excellent work in all areas... they do not try to push you into more than what you need.”

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you service Brea?
Yes. Brea is about ten minutes from our shop at 251 E Imperial Hwy in Fullerton, which makes it one of the easiest cities on our list to get to quickly.
Do you charge extra to come out to Brea?
No. We do not add travel or trip fees to any city we serve. What we quote for the work is what you pay - your distance from our Fullerton shop does not change the price.
Do you repair pool equipment, or only do remodels?
Both. Pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, automation and lights are standalone work for us year round, with no remodel involved. We service Pentair, Hayward and Jandy systems.
Do you clean pools or offer weekly maintenance?
No. We are a pool repair and remodeling contractor, not a cleaning route. We resurface and remodel pools, and we repair and install equipment. For weekly chemical balancing and cleaning you would want a pool maintenance company.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed California pool contractor, CSLB License #1075061, bonded and insured, and BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. We have been working on Orange County pools since 2014.
