Working on Anaheim Pools
Anaheim is one of the cities we build in most. One of the more involved features we have ever put in is there: a custom rock slide, sculpted on site over a block core beside the pool, with steps and a seating alcove worked into the rock. That job also took new coping, Aquabella tile, a Baja shelf, and a full skimmer and plumbing replacement underneath.
Anaheim covers a lot of ground and the pools reflect that. Hillside lots in Anaheim Hills need different access planning than the flat, tighter yards in West Anaheim and around the Colony, where getting equipment into the backyard is often the first thing we work out. Both keep us busy on the equipment side too, since a large share of the pools here are old enough to be on their second or third pump.
Remodeling and Equipment, Both
The remodels reshape the backyard. The equipment work keeps it running the rest of the year.
Remodeling & Resurfacing
If the plaster is rough underfoot, stained or losing color, resurfacing is usually the fix. If you want the tile, coping, shape or decking changed too, that is a full remodel. Resurfacing starts at $9,850 including demo, new fittings, drain covers and full start-up.
Anaheim Pool Remodel & ResurfacingEquipment Repair & Installation
Equipment is what keeps us in Anaheim between remodels, as standalone jobs with no remodel involved. We install Pentair MasterTemp and Jandy JXi heaters and Jandy E-Pump and FloPro pumps, and we repair Raypak heaters too.
