The single most useful thing you can send. A few wide shots of the pool and deck are usually enough for us to price the job without coming out.
Whatever you already know. If you are not sure yet, say that too.

    What happens next

    1. We read it properly. A real person, not an auto-responder.
    2. We come back with a price. Usually the same business day, from your photos.
    3. We only visit if it's needed. If the problem isn't clear from photos, a diagnostic visit is $150 — credited toward the job if you go ahead.

    Before You Ask

    The questions we get most

How fast will I hear back?
Usually the same business day. If you send photos with your message we can often send a price straight back rather than booking a visit first.
    Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and there are no travel fees. The only thing that carries a charge is an on-site diagnostic visit when the fault isn't clear from photos — that's $150, and it's credited toward the job if you go ahead.
Can I just text you a photo?
Yes, and for repairs it's often the fastest option. Text (909) 577-5274 with a photo of the equipment pad or the problem area and we'll tell you what we're looking at.
    Do you cover my city?
We work across Orange County and into parts of Los Angeles County. There are more cities than we have pages for — see the service areas page, or just ask.
    Is ACE licensed?
Yes — California contractor license #1075061, bonded and insured. You can verify it on the CSLB website before you commit to anything.

Prefer to just talk it through?

Call or text and we'll tell you straight what you're looking at.
